Each Bosch injector nozzle is supplied with a new Elring 627.410 copper injector sealing ring.

Elring part number: 627.410VW OE reference: 046 130 219 A

Sealing ring size: 7.7mm x 13mm x 2.5mm

These 0.216 injector nozzles are commonly used as an upgrade for selected Volkswagen 1.9 TDI engines fitted with compatible conventional diesel injectors.

NOZZLES ONLY – Complete injector assemblies are not included.
The nozzles must be fitted to your existing compatible injector bodies. A new Elring copper injector sealing ring is supplied for each nozzle.

We recommend having the assembled injectors tested and correctly set up by a diesel injection specialist before installation.

Please check your existing injector and nozzle part numbers before ordering. Vehicle model and engine size alone are not sufficient to confirm compatibility.
