These terms apply when using the Pajero Shop Limited website and purchasing goods from us.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every reasonable effort to describe our products accurately.
Many Mitsubishi vehicles were produced in different versions and specifications. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate vehicle information when asking us to identify a part.
If you are unsure whether a part is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us before ordering. We will be happy to help identify the correct part where possible.
NEW AND USED PARTS
We supply both new and used parts. Used parts may show reasonable signs of previous use. The condition of individual used items will be described where appropriate.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling.
FREE UK DELIVERY is included in the price of most items. Exceptionally heavy or bulky items, such as cylinder heads, may incur an additional delivery charge for some UK destinations. Any additional charge will be made clear before the order is completed.
Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, normally the same working day when ordered before 2pm.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary according to the item and delivery service used.
RETURNS
Customers may return unused goods within 14 days of receiving them, subject to the conditions explained on our Shipping & Returns page.
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or we have supplied the wrong item, please contact us before returning it.
FITTING AND TECHNICAL ADVICE
We are happy to provide practical advice about the parts we sell and, where possible, their fitting.
Any technical or fitting information we provide is given in good faith based on our experience. Vehicle repairs should be carried out by a suitably competent person using appropriate tools and safe working practices.
Workshop manuals and guides supplied by us are intended to assist with vehicle maintenance and repair.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
