Complete diesel injection pump overhaul seal kit for Mitsubishi 2.5 TD 4D56 engines fitted with the Zexel VE-type diesel injection pump.
This kit combines the genuine Bosch / Zexel injection pump overhaul seal kit with the separate genuine Bosch / Zexel front shaft seal.

IMPORTANT:
This listing is for the genuine Bosch / Zexel injection pump overhaul seal kit together with the separate genuine Bosch / Zexel front shaft seal.
The large approximately 125mm pump mounting flange O-ring supplied with our 4M40 kit is specific to the 4M40 installation and is therefore not included with this 4D56 kit.
IMPORTANT FITTING NOTE:
The cambelts must be removed when replacing either the injection pump front drive-shaft seal or carrying out a full injection pump overhaul.
For replacement of the front drive-shaft seal, the injection pump pulley must also be removed to gain access to the seal.
For fitting the full overhaul seal kit, the injection pump itself will need to be removed from the engine.
