These bolts are for the 8-valve 4D56 cylinder head.
They are not suitable for the later 16-valve 4D56 cylinder head.

CYLINDER HEAD BOLT TIGHTENING PROCEDURE:
Apply clean engine oil to the cylinder head bolt threads and washers before installation.
Tighten the cylinder head bolts progressively in the specified tightening sequence.
Repeat the tightening sequence several times, progressively increasing the torque.
FINAL TIGHTENING TORQUE:
118 Nm
87 ft-lb
IMPORTANT:
Always follow the correct cylinder head bolt tightening sequence when installing the cylinder head.
The 118 Nm tightening specification applies to the conventional 4D56 8-valve application covered by this listing.
Mitsubishi used different tightening procedures on some later versions of the 4D56 engine.
Suitable for cylinder head replacement, head gasket replacement and engine rebuild work.
Please check that your engine is the 4D56 2.5 8-valve engine before ordering.
